3-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, once per company and per card.

A card is required
You add a card to start the trial. Nothing is charged while it runs.
Charged on day 3
When the trial ends, 3 days after you start, your card is charged the price of the plan you picked, unless you cancel before then. You see the exact date before you confirm.
Cancel and keep your results
If you cancel during the trial, recruiting stops at once and your card is not charged. Your results stay viewable for 7 days.
Creator management
Creator management is not included in the trial. You can add the Scouty Management Bot once your plan starts.

50 outreach credits, 3 Creators Club invites, up to 5 Creators Club applicants shown, and signing and onboarding.

Scouty Management Bot

Creator management is what Scouty does for a campaign's creators after they are activated. It is an add-on, bought per campaign and priced by how many creators you manage on it.

How usage works

Finding creators and emailing them takes search and outreach work, and every plan includes a monthly amount of it.

Your dashboard shows it as a single percentage, beside your outreach credits, Creators Club invites and active campaigns.

It resets every month, on monthly and annual plans alike. When it is full, new searches wait for the reset or a bigger plan, while Creators Club applications and invites keep working.

You pay creators directly

Scouty's fee is your subscription. What you pay a creator is agreed between you and the creator, and it goes straight from you to them.

Scouty takes no commission on creator pay and never holds it.

Pricing questions

What a plan covers, and what happens when you change or cancel one.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel from your workspace settings. A paid plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and is not charged again. A free trial you cancel ends at once and your card is not charged.
What happens when my plan ends?
Every campaign pauses, so recruiting stops. Your results stay viewable, read-only, for 7 days. After that your results are locked, while your campaigns, briefs, contracts and billing stay in your workspace. Starting a plan opens your results again, and you publish each campaign again when you are ready. Creators you already signed keep their contracts.
How many free trials can I have?
One. The 3-day free trial is once per company and once per card, whichever plan you pick. If you start a plan after your trial, your card is charged that day.
What happens when I upgrade?
The bigger plan applies at once and a new billing period starts that day. Your card is charged for the new plan, less a credit for the unused part of the old one, and you see the exact amount before you confirm. What you already used in the current period carries over in proportion. During a free trial you can switch plans without being charged, and the trial keeps its end date.
What happens when I downgrade?
A smaller plan, or a move from annual to monthly, applies at the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is charged when you choose it. If you have more active campaigns than the smaller plan covers, you pause some first.
How does annual billing work?
An annual plan is billed once a year, up front, at 30% less than twelve months at the monthly launch price. Your outreach credits, Creators Club invites and usage still reset every month.
What is an outreach credit?
One outreach credit is one creator Scouty emails about your campaign for the first time. A follow-up to the same creator does not use another credit, and an email that bounces gives its credit back. Credits reset every month and unused credits do not carry into the next one.
What is a Creators Club invite?
The Creators Club is Scouty's network of approved UGC creators. An invite asks a Club creator you chose to apply to your campaign, and it is used when it reaches the creator. Creators who apply by themselves never use an invite, and Creators Club applications are unlimited on every paid plan.
Is creator management included in my plan?
Signing and onboarding are included in every plan. Creator management after activation is the Scouty Management Bot, an add-on you buy per campaign, priced by how many creators you manage on it. It is not part of the free trial.
Does Scouty take a cut of what I pay creators?
No. Scouty's fee is your subscription. You pay creators directly, on terms agreed between you and each creator, and Scouty takes no commission on it.
Which plan should I pick?
Starter, Growth, and Agency differ in how many campaigns you can run at once and how many creators you can email and invite each month. Custom Solution is for a team that needs more campaigns, more outreach or terms of its own, and is built with the team.
